2. Return & Refund Process

**A. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report Issue: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number.

  • Return Instructions: We will provide instructions for returning the item and cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.

**B. Incorrect Items

  • Report Issue: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide details and photos of the incorrect item received.

  • Return Instructions: We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Refund/Replacement: After receiving the returned item, we will send the correct item or issue a refund if the correct item is unavailable.

**C. Non-Receipt of Order

  • Report Issue: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us to investigate the issue.

  • Resolution: We will track the shipment and, if necessary, assist with filing a claim with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

**D. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Refund: If the cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

**E. Return of Unwanted Items

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund for the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing
